BronzBody Mist Self Tanner And Bronzer for the Face, 2.0 fl. oz.

I was very excited to try this product based on the reviews, but I was very let down. I was searching for a self tanner for my face that would not clog my pores or break me out. I have tried many lotions and they all broke me out, or did not give the color I was hoping for. When I received this product I wanted to try it right away. As others suggested I poured the liquid in my hands and then rubbed it on my face. The liquid was extremely watery and hard to use. I had difficulty getting and spreading it on my face. I washed my hands immediately. I then spilled the bottle open when trying to clean up and the liquid got all over my counter. I also tried the spray nozzle but it seemed to be clogged. I went to sleep with the liquid on my face and when I woke up the color was quite dark. I did not like how it looked dirty on my face though and it fell in my pores appearing splotchy. I wanted to give the tanner a fair chance so I tried it a few more times, attempting to use the sprayer instead. The spray didn't work well and went everywhere but on my face, I had to resort back to the hand method to get enough on my face. Upon further inspection my husband discovered that the tube for the sprayer was too long and was folded at the bottle of the jar preventing it from picking up liquid. Since the color didn't work well for me and I hated the bottling I had to return this product. I would highly recommend the Tan Towels or Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Glow face tanning towels which are phenomenal.

Although I think a lot of the reviews are fake, I was still curious! I'm obsessed with self tanners for the face because I hate being pale and I'm finally realizing how terrible tanning beds are. This still isn't dramatic enough for me and it will settle on dry spots if you do not exfoliate before applying, but I am able to get some color out of it if I apply very liberally. Not my HG but it's the best I've tried thus far because I literally can't tell I have self tanner on usually... I think it might just be my skin though...

I thought that this product was just okay. It's not the best sunless tanner I've used, but it's not the worst. Unlike most of the reviewers, I was not given this product for free, I bought it myself. I find the application to be high maintenance. You have to mix it with lotion and the lotion dilutes it, so it takes longer to figure out the right lotion to spray ratio to get the right amount of tan. And it makes your hands a dark brown that needs to be scrubbed off immediately. And the smell is hard to handle all day. I did like it to spray directly to my chest, that gave me really great results. But it says you can't spray directly to your face, it's harder to even out that way, so lotion helps with that. I find the Palmers Instant Bronzer Moisturizer to be much easier to use than this product, it's cheaper, has just a regular lotion smell, and provides instant results without having to work as hard for it.

I did not notice its "self tanner" capabilities, to be honest. It is just another "bronzing veil" from what I can tell - it does not "stay on". It washes off every day with my evening shower. I gave it a 3 star rating because it does not smell (it's a plus!) - but maybe the fact that it does not smell like all the other self tanners is what exactly reveals that it is not a self tanner but just another cosmetic "veil" of sorts that is supposed to wash away immediately? In any case, it's a nice "bronzing veil" but no way a self tanner, as it claims to be, hence 3 stars.

This stuff is amazing! I am allergic to all the other sunless tanners I've tried - if I apply them to my face I break out horribly. This is the first product that I am not allergic to - and it works! I am naturally fair skinned and burn easily. This turns your face a gorgeous brown - very natural looking. Not orange at all! It is a little alarming when you first apply it. I spray it onto my fingers (it looks like soy sauce) and then rub it into my face. You see instant results when you spread it on your face and then it does get darker a few hours later (I usually apply right before bed). However, you need to wash your hands right away because it will stain your hands if you aren't wearing gloves. I found that I usually need to reapply every 3 days or so in order to keep up the bronze look but it literally takes 2 minutes so it's not a hassle at all. I love this stuff!

Does not seem like its a self tanner, a bronzer maybe. But i had to mix it with another bronzer to get deeper color. I like that not scented.

Totally in LUV with this product!! I apply it every morning after my serums and moisturizer. I adore the fact that it is healthy and free of toxins, this is important to me for sure. I remove the top, put some on my fingers and spread it mostly on my cheeks and T zone for an Awesome Bronzy Glow. Then head straight to the sink to wash it off, no prob. Oh, And another Plus, it has no icky smell, no fragrance at all.I just went to reorder it and was freaked out, lol, Amazon had a message that it was unavailable. Yikes!!I sent the company a mail inquiring when it would be available and they got back to me quickly with the info I wanted to hear.Top of the line product & company. I've probably used around 10+ different self tanners in my life.. this one is VERY messy.. got all over the sink right off the bat, stained my hands VERY VERY quickly and VERY dark so you need to use a glove for sure.. even with a glove, though, it really isnt worth the trouble (try a lotion or something lol) it was hard to use because its really watery and the spray is not nice and mist-like, it is a weird uneven spray. it was hard to blend. it wasnt that dark of a tan, was kinda orange, and it was sticky.
