Very slow, confusing for kids, the removable crash guard is nice, ours worked 2 weks and then the battery refused to hold a charge anymore, didn't think it was worth sending back,probably should have done so. Was shipped new in box and on time, so the numerous inherent problems with this system should not detract from the seller.

Ordered it for my daughter, assumed it would be brand new, we were wrong. We received a used product with pictures and video of a man on it. We needed to reset the wifi password because it already had one set.

I bought this item for my son about 3months ago but now it doesn't charge, I tried to turn it on after charging it for over 6hrs, but still it's not coming on.Any suggestions please.

doesn't work i didn't use it 2-3 times keeps freezing don't buy it

Pretty good baby loves it, only problem is the freezing and it spontaneously loses WiFi connection for no reason. Baby doesn't seem to mind though😛

I bought this tablet for my 8yr old daughter in July. The power button fell off in late September. ;( not happy..I'd like to return it but not sure how. Its over the 30 days.

When describing the items those with inches pounce ( weight and length ) would you pls also include kg and cm respectively for the sake of those who are not familiar with American system
