I have ordered the same Nest Holiday candles for a few years now, directly from Nest and on Amazon. Have had no issues with any of them until today (01/05/2023).I just opened the small UNPADDED box that arrived and found damaged boxes for each of the three (8.1oz) candles ordered!Checked each candle for damage. The plastic liner in one was damaged. All three candles seem ok. However, concerned that they could have been banged up enough to cause breakage while burning. Still on the fence about keeping, as unsure if will need to use as gifts, but definitely disappointed in this purchase. No one wants to wait for an extended time, only to receive items shipped without care. Feel disrespected as an Amazon customer. I am not the only one who has experienced this, as checked the reviews just now. Amazon, please address this carelessness. Glass candles need padding when shipped!!!

I ordered 2 Nest candles as a thank you gift. Both were fragrances I had never smelled before and was quite excited to try them. The Holiday candle was nice enough though my friend was thrilled to receive it. It was the larger more expensive candle that was the disappointment to me. I ordered Velvet Pear. In the past any time I ordered a candle with pear in it it would be a light, refreshing fragrance. Instead my friend was sent another fragrance -I don't remember now what it was called but it certainly wasn't light or refreshing. It was one of the scents that was heavy, and cloying.The thing that upset me was that I ordered it correctly. And the delivery ticket had the right name on it. But obviously it wás pulled wrong. An error on Amazon not me.When I called customer service I was in for another disappointment. I don't know what has happened to Amazon customer service in the last year or so, but Bezos, you need to know it's gone way downhill. It used to be if there was an error like this Amazon would send out another whatever to immediately rectify the problem. Immediately. You were fair and responsive. So even though I would get aggravated at times that Amazon was the only game in town, your customer service made it worthwhile. Now, mey....My friend was leaving for Europe the next day. And I was flying home. Neither one of us had the time to return a candle neither of us wanted to a UPS store and I was out $45+. All because why? You're trimming costs on goodwill customer service on orders you screwed up? Way to go.

I hated the Amazon shipping! This was a gift for one of my bosses. It was shipped in a bag that apparently got kicked all the way to Texas. The candle’s box was dented and torn. $46 for a small candle in a beat up box. It was too close to Christmas to send it back. The glass didn’t break and it really did smell wonderful, but get one from a store that takes care with its shipping.

The candles are expensive, but so worth it. The glass container is very nice. I love Nest candles and I love Grapefruit the best

This product arrived faulty. Dirty broken box and far too expensive. I’ve bought these candles from shops and this Amazon store should be shut down.

NEST candles, if only you could be in the UK, these are great, preferable even to Jo Malone candles, if you have not tried one before then this one in particular fills your room with the nicest grapefruit smell. It must have a high % of oil in it as the quality of the smell is non chemical like.

Fantastic fragrance it does really smell in the room unlike most of designers candles.

Smells strongly of oranges when lit and makes the whole room smell lovely! Although the price is rather high given the small size, definitely a purchase I may consider again in the future-the candle I bought is far from being burnt out!
