It's puzzling to me that this has sunflower oil in this product, and I thought he said that seed oils are no good??

You can tell You are Taking Sunflower Oil and Amazing Palm Oil :)
I am so grateful that this product offers the full spectrum of Vitamin E however I wish it were non-GMo or Organic label
