Used the pizza receipt from the web page. It turned out to be my best Penza crust yet.

This flour makes great tasting ,soft and crunchy pizza !! It is expensive though.

Fresh milled heritage wheat with grains that are more digestible for our gluten intolerant family. Many gluten free products lack structure, feel and taste like regular wheat flour. This is a great alternative for baking and especially making pizza dough. I have been making home-made pizza dough for years and this is a great product for pizza dough with that resembles classic thin crust Chicago style structure and taste. Thanks for keeping it natural. With so many processed flours that are not good for digestion - this is a home run for our family!

So much better than the “store bought” we have been using. Makes excellent pizza dough and everything tastes so much better!

Love this product. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

Tried to use my original pizza recipe. This flour/dough has a nice taste to it although smelling and looking exactly like all wheat which I didn’t think it would be. This for some reason is a little too wet maybe due to the higher quality of the flour? I’m not a fan personally.I will buy the regular flour because the quality did seem to be good.

Gluten issues have prevented me from enjoying pizza and bread for many years. I read about Sunrise Mills and decided to give their products a try. I do not regret it. Everything tastes great and I’ve had no problems with digestion.
