I have an older light fixture (but not really that old) which needs this special size. I have gone though two other bulbs that worked at first but burnt out way too quickly. This bulb plugged right in and is really bright, which I really like. It's not dimmable, so I'm leaving the light on full brightness. Very happy so far.

This light is great!It is just plug and play - installation was just that simple.I was able to determine whether this light would work for me based on the information in the advertisement on the product page - and I am pleased to report the information was very accurate and this light is the perfect fit.I really wanted a light that was 5000K, and this one is awesome. Very bright, illuminates everything in the room very well!Since I've only just installed this I will have to update this review to add more about longevity at a later date.I wanted to get initial thoughts out quickly though, because right now I could not be happier. Hopefully this light will last a long time. (For the price it should last - this is literally the most expensive light I've ever purchased! Crazy size I guess - not enough people making them.)Right now - 4 stars out of 5 (price being my only negative). As time goes on I'll update as to how long this bulb will last. .

This is the last bulb I will ever need for my fixture. It is bright, long lasting, and energy saving. Recommended!

I have two 9" circline fluorescent fixtures in my office that I have wanted to convert to LED lighting for a long time. I have hesitated because I thought I would have to call an electrician in to change out the light fixtures themselves. Then, I found these "Plug and Play" LED replacement bulbs. Since they were so expensive, I ordered just one. And boy, was I impressed! Not only is this bulb remarkably easy to install, it is super bright (I got the Daylight bulb). The color matches the natural sunlight that comes through the skylights in the rest of the house. In my office, I work with small items that have a lot of detail and this LED bulb makes seeing these small details much easier. I have just ordered the second bulb I need and I can hardly wait for it to arrive.

Was looking for a decent replacement since the CFL replacement I got for my ceiling fan started to fail and flicker.This was a great replacement. Fit in and definitely like the swivel connection. Light is more of a white light with no brown tones and lights up the whole room. The biggest thing that the family was looking for was that when you turn on the light as commanded from the control we have it lights up. It does this well with almost instant response. This one is a little bit more pricey but is worth it. Now only hoping that this lasts at least for 2-4 years at least.

From the first, it flickered. A week later it still flickers. You'd think it was a fluorescent light at the end of its life instead of a newly installed LED light.

I bought this to replace a flourescent and it worked wonderful and the brightness was awesome, however, less than two weeks after, the light went out? Apparently, it’s totally out. I tried reaching out to the vendor but have received no reply. Will try Amazon customer service againUpdate:Vendor actually sent me a new bulb which has been working fine for the past two years.

Great light bulb. My older ceiling fan is better than new with this light fixture.

Slow shipping. Lousy instructions. No one talk too.
