The product was advertised as new. When the product arrived itWas clear that the powder had been opened and used at least a few times. There was no sticker seal over the holes and there was powder stuck between the two layers of the open and close mechanism, which usually has only happened in the past when is opened, dispensed, and closed the powder several times.Shipping was fast and return was no hassle, but overall pretty disappointing.
