Finally good water quality AND a good flow rate
This is not our first filter system. We used the 3M Filtrete 3US-MAX-S01 filter system for several years. It became increasingly difficult to find replacement filters which also became increasingly more expensive. I decided to try the Wingsol WS-US-002. Because we recently replaced our kitchen sink faucet with a touchless faucet which limits the flow rate to about 2 gallons/minute, the 3M filter became an annoying problem because its flow rate dropped even more. Installation of the Wingsol went without any problems. I do have some experience with plumbing jobs so whenever I have to screw metal hose connectors onto plastic threads (the hose connectors of the Wingsol filter), I use teflon tape. Not as much as I would use on standard NPT thread (which usually is tapered), but around 3 to 4 turns. Just enough to make the connection between the metal connector and the plastic thread more snug. And don't overtighten! Really - just gentle tight. Grab the wrench at the top of its head, not at the end of it. That way you feel it much more that you are getting tight. Plan your installation and measure. In US kitchens, the rear wall of the cabinet usually is flimsy. And the filter combo does have some weight to it. I decided to mount on the right inner wall of the cabinet. For me that meant that the hose which goes from the water valve to the filter was long enough. Had to get a 1ft extension hose to the faucet (which I already had). I mounted the PC filter 180 degrees rotated so that I can look at the filter indicator when it is installed. I don't need to see the "front" label - I know it's the PC filter. See the attached picture. After installation was completed, I tested. Everything was tight, no leaks. And the flow rate is phenomenal! Basically no difference between full cold (filtered) and full hot (unfiltered). Very happy with this setup. Water tastes good, no complaints here. I was wondering about the filter life of stage 2 - the instructions say "Replace CB filter after 3-6 months or when water starts to taste bad". Our water does not taste bad without a filter. So I contacted the seller about getting some clarification. Seller reacted very quickly. After some exchanges of messages I learned that of course the filter will become less efficient over time (I expected that anyway) and that it may reach a breaking point. I asked the seller about my idea of running some simple chlorine/pH/alkalinity test every month (filtered and unfiltered) to maybe get an idea about when the filter gets bad. Seller agreed to that idea and that's what I will do. So ... if I can discover that filter performance really starts to go down after, e.g. 5 months, I will replace every 4 months to be on the safe side. Just want to get to a replacement interval that fits my specific water quality and consumption. Conclusion: easy install, no problems with the quality, great customer support, I call that a good deal!

Very good quality water with great taste!
I purchased this filtration system a few months ago. The installation was fast and super easy. It's still worksing great! I don't see any leaks. After using this filthration system for a few months I can surely say that this water has a great taste. Recently I purchased the water test kit P LINOIA (22 in one) and today I conducted a quality test. I was pleasantly surprised that results came out great. I would definitely recommend this system! Today, I'm ordering more filters. Because I would have to change them every 6 months.

Everything we needed for an apartment where we can't change the sink fixture
Overall, the under sink filter has significantly improved our lives. The installation process was relatively easy, and the box included common pipe fitting adapters. While we have not yet quantifiably tested the water quality, we have noticed that the filtered water does not leave calcium deposits, which is particularly helpful as the tap water in Southern California is notoriously hard. However, some of the pipe fittings were challenging to tighten without a small wrench, although this was more due to our own stubbornness than any issue with the product. Despite this, we were able to ensure that there were no leaks in the lines or connections. Compared to our previous countertop gravity filter, which took up a lot of valuable countertop space and was time-consuming to operate, the under sink unit fits neatly behind everything and is not a hindrance. One of the key factors in our decision to purchase this filter was its NSF/ANSI 53 & 42 certification. This means that it filters out chlorine, taste and odor, chloramine, particulate, iron, manganese, zinc, total dissolved solids, lead, Cryptosporidium, VOCs, and chromium. We opted not to go for a reverse osmosis filter as it indiscriminately strips water of essential electrolytes. This unit filters everything we need it to and has relatively inexpensive filter costs.

The thread on the 3/8"-1/2" converter does not match with the thread on the hose.
