I have been using this type of electronic stimulus unit for years and have several types.This one is different in that it has it's own built in battery and you use the accessories supplied and re-charge it from mains power. This offers T.E.N.S. or E.M.S. capability. It has the cables (4) and a good selection of sizes to suit the spread of possible pain centres.A good 40 page booklet in English gives the information of how to set it up and use it. It is a powerful tool and can be a danger if used incorrectly. Having had Osteo Arthritis for many painful years, this can and does erradicate pain which means you can reduce dosages of pain killer tablets, which will help in reducing damage to your kidneys from prolonged usage. The pads are self adhesive and reusable and you can treat 4 different sites with individual treatments as each outlet is independently controlled and separated from the other outlets. The controls are very simple and easy to use, but all streams of electronic stimulus is very powerful. This is s really good machine, very good value, very versatile and certainly invaluable to me for pain control, using a well designed unit like this. IT IS NOT A TOY, and if unused to using this type of device, DO read about how effective they are if used sensibly.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I brought this machine to see if it would help with someone's pain caused by a fusing spine as its important to keep the muscles from tensing up and going into spasm. The Med fit 4 does a great job. it has lots of settings and is easy to work out how to use. It has a strong metal belt loop so you can walk around with it fitted, as its battery operated your not tied to being near a plug. The pads last a long time and are not expensive to replace when needed. So all in all a brilliant purchase. highly recommend.

This is fantastic product that really needed to be rated with 5 start however after using 2 time the adhesion gone and I have to use a new one.It really worked to ease the pain and it is very easy to use, it is very powerful as well. the max tense I was able to use was 7 just imagine this can go further to the 99.I wish the company provide more adhesion or increase the quality level to be able to use them more than 2 times.

I was a bit sceptical when I bought this, but was willing to try anything to reduce the pain in my shoulders. All I can say from personal experience it works. Reduced pain, more mobility and easy to use.

This machine is excellent BUT despite the minimum recommended useage time, a minimum of 1 1/2 hours, the unit is pre set to turn off after an hour. What’s the point in that?! Very disappointing.It’s easy to use the unit but good luck getting the pads on your back without help as the guidance suggests putting them high up and not low like other units suggest. Even on low intensity, the buzzing feeling makes you very itchy.I’ve bought the knee ‘bandage’ direct from the company. Don’t bother with that. It feels like your being electrocuted, even on the lowest setting, when you walk!

Using for osteoarthritis in me knees,I put fresh pads on today but the wires had come out of the pads. Very sharp pain not helpfully at all.Paid a lot of money for this but the pads are letting it down. Should get a good few days out of a set of pads. The sharp metal clip is not good enough.
