Use super glue to connect pump to the threaded plastic piece and they will be great!
*This comment has been updated. The threading keeps disconnecting and it is a pain. This is after I threw away the gasket which made threading nearly impossible. After multiple times of the pump disconnecting from the thread, I took it apart and superglued them together. I am hoping this is a fix. Otherwise, I will have to downgrade the stars. If it is a fix, I may upgrade by one star. I wanted to purchase several more of these but am not sure it will be worth it. I really wanted the gasket to stay in but that was just impossible without disconnecting even more frequently. Another possible fix could be plumbing tape on the threads but I went for the Krazy Glue. I want to love these, I really do.*Update: This was a fix. They would be 5 star IF they included glue in the packaging.

Very nice, high quality.
Tired of running out of soap in my boys bathroom I put a big ol' mason jar full of soap. This dispenser works great, and with three months of hard use daily it has not rusted or discolored. I only rinse it off with water and not any other cleaners. Great deal,and fast shipping.

Ok but falls apart
I like these but like other reviewers said, they are poorly made. The white plastic piece that screws into the pump to hold it to the lid is not threaded correctly. One of the ones I have works pretty well though. The other keeps coming apart. I was thinking I would try to glue it together. If I can get that to work, they will be great.

Sturdy (update) Not so sturdy
Works great!(update) Not so great. Rusts and the pump mechanism falls apart like sooo many others I've tried. I'm seriously considering becoming a bar soap person after this. Yes, even in the bathroom.

They work great!
These worked great. I only show one in this pic because I'm too lazy to take another, but both worked just fine. Accomplished what I wanted. One for soap, the other for lotion for the guest bath. I'm pleased. Not to mention, doing it myself saved me $50+ rather than just buying them already pre-made elsewhere here on Amazon.

Spooky Cute
The grocery store near me was selling mason jar skull drinking cups. I was worried this lid wouldn't fit. It fit perfectly. I only had to trim the tube a little with craft scissors. The seal is tight and it was easiest enough to put together without instructions. Great work with the redesign!

Look great but be careful!
Look great and have received many compliments on them in our bathrooms. However, the screw top pump hande threads are too short and come off occasionally.

I would buy again
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have only used one of the pump and it works well so far. I really liked the fact that even before I got the product they had sent me an e-mail with instructions on how to assemble and followed to make sure I had no issues with the products
