Ugly Kid Joe is an American rock band from Isla Vista, California, formed in 1990. The band's name spoofs that of another band, Pretty Boy Floyd. Ugly Kid Joe's sound includes a range of styles, including rock, hard rock, funk metal and heavy metal.To date, Ugly Kid Joe have released three full-length albums, two compilation albums and two EPs. Their best selling records are As Ugly as They Wanna Be (1991) and America's Least Wanted (1992), which were both certified double platinum by the RIAA; the former is notable for being the first EP to go platinum. The band broke up in 1997, but announced a reunion in 2010.Klaus Eichstadt stated in the December 2009 issue of the German edition of the music magazine Metal Hammer, that the members of Ugly Kid Joe were planning to reunite in summer 2010, although did not specify whether their intent was to produce a new album or simply to perform together. However, rumors of a reunion were confirmed on their MySpace page on May 27, 2010.This EP was originally released on CD on April 16, 2013.

Holy wowsers!
Prepare to peel yourself off the wall after listening to this bad boy! I loved Ugly Kid Joe back in the day but it seemed like their softer overplayed hits really hurt them after the mid 90s began. It's too bad that no one buys music anymore or is aware of some of the great albums that are still being made because this newest UKJ cd is one of the best of 2012 in my opinion. Buy it! "I'm Alright" alone is worth the price of admission. Has a 70's AC/DC feel to it. Five of five baby!

Devil's Paradise! !!
Anyone who doesn't like these songs is probably a one direction fan or a wannabe who couldn't play a instrument if they tried!!! This is real hard rock music with guts and glory!!! Another beer is the best song here but they are all awesome! !If you like this band buy it and play it loud!!!!

What can I say but,...... Ugly Kid Joe picks up where they left off. Whitfield Crane has one of the most distinguished voices in all of hard rock. Some more leaders of the pack when they quit producing music together. I'm glad they've returned and in such great form!

A Pleasant Surprise
Was aware that UKJ was reuniting,but wasn't aware of new music until I saw it come on my recommendations list here...Great recommendation and love the EP.It consists of 6 songs.Great rockers and a nice comeback.Hoping to see a full length coming soon. Keep rockin!!!! \m/

What a great surprise.
Every track is killer. Cute cover. Lyrical fantastica. Lovely vocal talent. HEAVY RIFFAGE. This album reminds me of just about every one of my days, in one way or another.

Not bad.
Not a bad album, Plus the extra DVD makes up for the price. I did like there ealier stuff. But the DVD is worth a look.

The Uglies are back
Amazing music energy continuing the party from where they stopped it.Do not read what the critics write because they said some years before that Motel California was bad and that the band didnt worth.If you love music and parties BUY IT!!!
