I was hesitant to purchase this, I really didn’t think it would work well. I was definitely wrong. It keeps my sons lunch cold and I have had no issues with condensation. It is spacious, I can fit a bento box plus a drink pouch and a few snack packets. The zipper is a good quality zipper. He loves it and I am pleased. I wish I would’ve bought this kind of lunch box years ago.

I always count on this brand and know that this lunchbox will last for years to come.

My 10-year-old son loves this lunchbox! They hold up so well and we have been able to use them for more than one year. You can toss them in the freezer or the fridge to get them cold. They are a little heavier than a regular lunchbox, but definitely worth it!

Don't expect this to keep things cold all day. I find that it does decent as a to and from work carrier but I wouldn't try to leave it on my desk. I pull from the freezer, pack my lunch, get to work, unpack the lunch in the fridge and toss the bag back in the freezer. If I have leftovers from going out to lunch it works just as well doing the reverse.They don't have gel packs in the side because you really need some flexibility to fit things in at times. When frozen the top and bottom is rather stiff, the flexible sides are almost a design necessity.Others have stated in their reviews it's not a replacement for a fridge. I agree 100%. It's best as a transport bag.I do wish it was somewhat larger.

Not bad for the price. Was able to keep my food cool enough even after a 5hr hike. I threw in a 1lb yeti ice pack to help with that.

First of all I love all PackIt products. I have many different ones. My kids both had pack it lunch bags last year for their lunch pails.This year I wanted to get one that zipped shut. Last year they had Velcro ones and after like half the year they were not velcroing. That's still pretty good considering using them 5 days a week for six months.I love this bag though! It's the perfect size and zips all the way shut. Plus it has a handy handle for carrying it. The handle has a clip, so you could clip it on your back pack as well.There is a mesh side pocket for utensils or a small drink. I might use this for a napkin or a baggie of wipes for my kids to wash their hands and their faces after lunch.Then there is a front pocket which I will put my kids names in and their contact info.The best thing about this lunch bag is that you put it in the freezer and freeze it and your food stays cold all day. The front and back of the bag both freeze and keep everything cold. It says in the description that it keeps your food cold for 10 hours. So I decided to try it.I froze it all night long and took it out at 10am. I set it on our counter with a sandwich and apple in it. I kept feeling it too see when the bag unthawed. Our house is kept between 68 and 70 degrees. The bag finally started to warm up at 7pm. So 9 hours!!So I feel great about my kids leaving at 7am for school and having lunch at noon! Their food will be cold! I worry constantly about the mayo.Advice- I would also buy an extra ice pack from the store and throw it in the freezer in case you forget to put your kids lunch bag back in the freezer at night. Bought this as a gift and the recipient was delighted. Great quality. It feels a bit heavy due to the insulating gel, but worth the extra weight to keep sarnies cold in the summer.
