The powdered form easily mixes. I’ve put it into yogurt, oatmeal and my morning coffee/tea. Blends quite well.

The container is very small, and the price is too high. If you live in New York (Queens), you can buy a very large bag for less than 10 dollars at Butala Emporium. Too late to rectify my error.

The product is good and certified. It is of good quality. It was delivered with stipulated time and I am very happy with it.

Seems like good quality, however my stomach or intestines are a bit sensitive and this product produced a burning sensation there.
