This product sticks very well even to wood. I use this, mostly on Baltic birch to adhere layers together. And I find that the overall stickiness creates a nice bond on my products. I'm very pleased with this product.

Purchased this for my acrylics. I laser cut on my glowforge and this worked perfectly. No more messy super glue. Just cut, remove backing and stick. Haven’t had any issues with acrylic coming undone. Definitely recommend.

Used for craft projects to attach lettering to wood signs. Seems to work better for non-porous surfaces. Had a little trouble holding on uneven woodgrain. Could be user error.

It adhered like 3M should, but the roll itself is sticking on one end. The adhesive is connected along the edge of roll so when I try to apply it to a flat piece of acrylic, one edge is lumpy and uneven. It isn't air bubbles, but lumps of adhesive. Nothing gets here in two days, so I do not have time for another roll to ship and to send this one back, so I am stuck trying to make this work. So far it is more than a third of the way through and its like that the whole way.

Doesn't unroll clean. Edges stick and peel causing clumping of the adhesive near the edge. I love using the adhesive, but this issue is becoming more of a problem the more I use.

I have always loved 3M products for their quality of product and expected outcomes. However the vendor has shipped the roll of adhesive in a plastic bag with no protection to protect the rolls edges. This has rendered the roll almost useless as a result. The product had to be painstakingly unrolled a centimeter at a time for the entire length of the product, while trying to maintain the edging from sticking to other layers within the roll. In short the shipping department needs to review its procedures and practices.

I returned this right quick. Comes off in chunks of goop and didnt work. 3M is typically good, which is why I was surprised at how awful this product is was. Luckily amazon is good with returns, because it was expensive.
