Q: Is this product organic?

Hi, This product is 100% natural and we source ingredients locally that are grown organically. But it is not certified organic as ingredients are procured from small and marginal farmers.

Q: Can I use it as an oil after washed hair and leave it on until next wash ?

I have used this oil as you suggested and it works well to leave in if your hair is dry or frizzy. I only use 2 drops and rub my hands together with the drops of oil and then run my fingers/palms through my hair. You may need more drops or less depending on your hair type and thickness. It smells nice.

Q: Is it suppose to smell like dry ashtray? Or did I get a defective one?

Mine one has never smelled like ashtray. Although it’s got very , how to put it in words, like herby - earthy smell which I like but I’m allergic to fragrance so I’ve been off shop bought cosmetics for sometime and I know some people can be put off because of that natural smell.

Q: do you have to add anything to the oil before use or can you use it straight out of the bottle?

You do not need to add anything to this Hair Oil. It is to be used straight out of bottle. You may pour small amount of oil on your palm, or a small bowl. Dip your finger tips in the oil, and apply on your scalp, massaging gently. Cover your entire scalp in multiple strokes. Allow the oil to be absorbed for some time (15-30 mins), before washing it off.
