It has a potential for being good. However, the selection of available cars to troubleshoot are limited. i.e, 2005 suburban is not listed. Therefore, I can't use it for that. I was able to use it for a 2012 jeep wrangler. So. If you have an older car, it might not work

I cannot send this back because it is past the 30 day mark. I had some personal stuff going on so I did not make it in time to return this product. But I have a Nissan Altima and my car is not listed on this device. Infact there are not many cars listed on here. If you have a high end car like Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, etc. Those cars are listed on the device. Stuck with this piece of crap and have no idea how to get rid of it. Everyone I know drives a cheaper model vehicle. They make you think this is the best thing next to slice bread. Very deceiving if you ask me.

In trying to setup the device, my iPhone 6s said the bluetooth was incompatible. In registering, my vehicle (Jaguar S-Type) was not listed, but all the new body styles of Jaguar are listed. When going to the manufacturer's website to get a list of vehicles the device is compatible with, the only option was to download an RAR file from the website. I'm not inclined to find the software to enable me to open an RAR file. I could not get the device to work in any form and therefore returned it.

Loses connection on gas hybrids when engine shuts off. I can choose my model hybrid from vehicle settings, this apparently makes no difference with connectivity issues. Worked ok, when connected and gas engine running. Returned.

Not able to select my vehicle, but picked something close and able to use. Oh well, do not really know what features i may be missing

The page on Amazon said it supported Apple IOS. It is not recognized by IOS bluetooth and ignored.

Unable to try as it won't sync with IPhone 6 or wife's IPhone 6S.
