E. Guittard Bittersweet Chocolate 72% Cacao Wafer Discs. San Francisco's Secret Since 1868. The Guittard Chocolate Company was founded in San Francisco 1868 by Etienne Guittard. Four generations later, the company remains family owned and operated, and is one of the few bean to bar chocolate makers remaining in the United States. This full bodied, dark chocolate has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and provides intense chocolate flavor to any dessert. It is the perfect choice when a dessert is all about chocolate, such as flourless chocolate cake, molten chocolate mini cakes or chocolate fondue.

Top quality, love the heavy box!
I love having a box of these around for my baking projects. Top quality chocolate and I especially like the thick heavy box it comes in which makes storage easier. This brings my baking up a notch and I like dipping in there every now and again for a snacking disc as well.

Smooth and rich chocolate
I love E. Guittard chocolate. Used some for shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate, made pudding and just snacked. Makes big difference in baking and for hot chocolate or a bit of chocolate in coffee.Best prices on Amazon!

Love this chocolate.
This is great stuff. I can have a few and satisfy my chocolate craving without a lot of sugar. Wish they were still available.

good chocolate. A bit pricey but the texture and consistency were easy to work with and my friends all raved about the flavor.

Ripoff
This sells for $12 at Sur La Table. Exactly the same item. Not sure why this would be so expensive online.
