They work but not safe
Works great to do push ups on carpet, do not use on hard floor. You do take a chance of these slipping out from under you. Ab roll part doesnt work very well on carpet.

Let's you dip a bit further during pushups
Good as an abb roller but a bit slippery when using as a pushup device.
