This is a great rubber runner I bought to replace worn trapeze rails on my 16' Hobie Catamaran. Cuts evenly lengthwise with ease; I had plenty to cover all the rail guides on my trailer too! It is more than a rug.

Very functional

I needed two of these for two very tight 8x3' spaces. Unfortunately, the ones I got were just over 3 feet wide and about 8'6" long, so I had to cut them in both dimensions. They did cut easily with a utility knife, but making an eight-foot perfectly straight cut through thick rubber isn't without its challenges, and had I known I was going to need to cut it anyway, I would have just bought a 16' piece and saved money. However, it's very high quality, nice and thick, and I am very pleased. I don't have any issues with the smell. I assume most people wouldn't mind or even know the size was off, and certainly for me a little too big is better than a little too small.

This rubber runner is great. We needed something to cover our deck from the door to the stairs to the yard. Our dogs scratch that area of the deck up really bad and we kept having to restain it. Our deck is 20 feet from the door to the stairs so this was perfect. It laid completely flat right out of the box except one end. After a day in the sun that end is flat too. Dogs have run on it and it seems very durable so far. I thought I would have to tack it down but so far it's stayed in place without it. It's very grippy but havent tested it wet yet. And yes the rubber smell is strong but after a day or two out in the sun the smell is almost gone. Definitely recommended.

Perfect for your workbench. I put down a roll of this stuff to add a layer of protection so the wood doesn't get chewed up and saturated with oil, gasoline and grit. First I used a dry scrub brush on the wood surface and vacuumed up the debris then I just rolled it out. My bench is about 35" wide instead of 36" because of a backer board, so the runner overhangs slightly which is OK. There are four 20-foot sections and I wanted to try it on one section. I have been contemplating going another more expensive route for workbench covering, but now I think this may be the best solution. The weight of the runner seems to hold it in place with no glue and I don't want to use staples. Mine was about 6" longer than stated - about 20' 6". As the other reviewer said, there are slight imperfections in the rubber surface, but for my purposes it's just fine.

It cracks on bend part of the stair landing

Was a bit disappointed in it when I got it as it was thinner than expected. Maybe a mm or so thick base with ribs.Then it never uncreased after a week in the sun.Now as a resulkt of the exposure, it has cracked all over and is splitting.In addition, i was going to use it as a last resort to park my motorcycle over but any oils seem to destroy it.Pretty much useless for any purpose. A real waste of materials, energy, shipping, my money, and my time.

Nous pensions le déposer à l'intérieur d'une mini-fourgonnette pour protéger le tapis lorsque les bancs sont rabattus, mais impossible de supporter l'odeur dans le véhicule. Même après l'avoir lavé plusieurs fois et laisser aérer à l'extérieur plusieurs jours!

Love this mat, though super heavy to get from the post office. Placed across concrete patio that tends to ice over with the least bit of moisture … rubber mat stops ice from forming and ribbed surface provides added traction. Cut with a carpet knife for custom fit. Very good quality mat; extremely pleased with my purchase. Am ordering another as a Christmas gift, it's that good!
