UPDATE: The customer service from the seller contacted me very promptly and offered me a replacement. I needed a pan so I had already purchased one from a local store but they sent me one anyway free of cost as a good gesture. This one is definitely much better than the on I purchased from the local store which was pretty much the same price. The new pan came in a very secure packaging - Box wrapped in bubble wrap and in another box. Pan was in-tact and is very good, It is heavy and works well. Very good heat distribution. I believe the first one a victim of poor handling during shipment. But kudos to their customer service to take a quick action and satisfy their customer. The pan itself looks good and heavy but pan's handle came in broken. It is still attached to the pan with a screw but the plastic part in between the handle and the metal is broken into pieces due to which pan is very wobbly. All the broken plastic pieces were in the bag in which the pan was packaged. The box is not damaged though. See attached pictures. Doesn't look like it was damaged during shipping as the box was not damaged. Pan was packaged in a small box which was then packaged in a larger box and both boxes were in-tact. I don't know if it is poor design or poor material (plastic) that attaches the handle to the pan. Or it could be a damaged piece from the factory and was packaged as is. A pity since the pan itself looks sturdy. Unfortunately have to return.

I have an electric stove in my new house and can't flip tortillas on the gas burners anymore. This is the best thing for that. I am sure its great for creps too. But, as a mexican, I needed my tortillas. I flip 3-4 at a time on this thing. Its perfect.

Pan is great, handle is not quite the quality I had hoped for so I returned it and purchased Hexclad. Price is great!

I planned to buy a raclette grill, but we didn’t have space for it in our kitchen, especially considering we would use it like once a month. This shallow pan was a good middle ground for melting raclette cheese. I also use it to make omelette since it fits 5 eggs without overflowing and the low sides make it easier to flip. Good quality, easy to clean.

Best one from the ones I have used in the past. Would definetley recommend

I wanted to love this so much! It looks really cool and it is light and seems durable. The issue I ran into is that I couldn’t get it really hot. I wanted it to make flatbreads with a browned crust and I couldn’t get the pan hot enough (with oil in it) to get a nice browned crust. Bummer. It seemed perfect.

Great quality and love the 12 inch pan for large crepes.

焦げ付かないのは結構いいですが、内面の中央が少し高く、温度が低かったりすると、粉を溶いた液体を入れると外側に流れてしまい中央に液がなくなってしまい使いずらいです。

フレンチトーストを焼くのにちょうどいいサイズでIH対応の物を探していました。ぴったりのイメージどおりでした。
