The first review of this product is incredibly misleading and confusing. Just to be clear, this supplement is not a Vitamin D supplement. It is a coconut oil supplement which provides medium chain fatty acids. Coconut oil is a powerful, healthy saturated fat that can help build immunity, fight illness and aid in digestion. I use coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil and other healthy fats liberally in my cooking but I wanted to take a coconut oil supplement because it's easier than cheaper than eating gobs of the stuff on its own!Coconut oil is good for your skin, hair and nails, can help lower blood cholesterol levels, improve brain function and aid in weight loss. I know that people often question just how healthy coconut oil is because it's often treated like the ultimate health food product and people use it for literally everything. I have seen huge improvement in my immune system, skin and hair, digestion and weight since I started using it regularly so I'm a firm believer in the benefits. This supplement is such an easy to way to get more coconut oil in. The capsules are pretty large but they go down easily and have no taste. I've heard the benefits of coconut oil and my wife and I have been taking them for a couple of months now. This is my first time purchasing them from this company. I will say that I've had no side affects from them whatsoever and anything that helps to control my cholesterol is a win in my book. These pills even give me a slight boost in energy and put a little pep in my step while I'm at work. These pills are rather easy to swallow even though they are kind of big, but they go down rather well taking them one at a time.
