These fish oil capsules are potent. There is no fishy smell and they don't repeat on me which all the other fish capsules I've taken do. I will be purchasing these again!

I had constant pain in my left hand for months. An x-ray showed no arthritis, so I wasn’t sure what to do. My son suggested trying this. I've ordered these quite a few times, and I have about 4 people I know also taking these. The pills are a little large but not bad. I have a sensitive stomach and have taken these with or without food no problems. I usually take one at lunch and one at dinner. Some take 3 a day. I do think they have helped with my dry eye problem and fish oil was recommended by my eye doctor. I like this brand the best and have been using Barlean's in other products for years. Very rarely have I noticed any flavor but when I have it's a very faint orange flavor. I do think fish oil helps with a little inflammation too. I have noticed a difference when I stopped taking them for a while. Everyone is different but these work for me.

I take this supplement for lipid balance support, and it helps. Softer skin and regulated mood are very nice side benefits. The softgels are elongated rather than bigger around, which makes them easy to swallow. Like most fish oil gels, these vary a little in odor from bottle to bottle. In the five bottles I've had so far, I've only had one or two doses where I had fishy burps - this is despite keeping them in the medicine cabinet, not the refrigerator. This comes close to the optimal EPA/DHA ratio for those with diabetes and/or polycystic ovarian syndrome, per my endocrinologist.
