terrible
very poor product. different colored wood planks, that were also damaged. the frame did not fit - totally misaligned. returned the product. its a pit, beautiful design and I was looking forward to having this piece.

Waste of Money, can't get a refund
Donot buy this product as the picture shown is very different from the actual product, the quality is cheap and once bought I am not able to return it and only exchange option is available. It is a waste of money need refund for this product

Different colour and material.
The media could not be loaded. Covering up the entire shelf with black gives it a cheap look. Plus the uneven painting revealing the wooden colour making it very obvious how low quality it is. Totally different from what I ordered. If I had to order a full black shelf I could’ve searched for full black shelf. Looks nothing like what I saw in the picture. Fraud and deceiving seller.
