Love… Love… Well worth the money
I have had this chair for over a year. I don’t often write product reviews, but this one deserves one. Is well made very relaxing and easy to move around with the two wheels. I cannot say enough good things about this chair well worth the money.

Very nice chair, and amazing value!
I researched many massage chairs before finally deciding on this one. This chair has many different functions. It has a full body massage including compression components on the forearms and calves. It also has an amazing heat component that really helps heat and loosen the muscles. The chair works well for the whole family. It has a smart function that detects your shoulder position before each session to determine the best position for the massage elements. It also has many different preset massage styles from Relaxing to Sleep inducing. This was the best chair I could find for the value. My wife and I are used to getting professional massages weekly, but we are able to replace those with convenient at home massages with this chair. We’ve owned the chair for about three months and have easily used it for over 150 hours. It’s already paid for itself with the time and money we’ve saved!

A Near-Perfect Massage Experience! 💆♀️
Wow! This massage chair is an incredible upgrade from anything I've ever experienced, even those "deluxe" chairs at the mall—it truly puts them all to shame. The sheer variety of pressure and techniques is astounding; you can really customize your massage to exactly what your body needs. It's truly a luxurious and effective way to unwind and work out kinks. That said, there are a few areas where I feel this otherwise fantastic chair could be improved: * Remote Issues: The remote control lacks a backlight, which makes adjustments in a dimly lit room quite challenging. Additionally, it's wired, and that cable constantly seems to get in the way, detracting slightly from the overall sleekness and user experience. * Massage Duration Limit: Each massage session is limited to 30 minutes. While often sufficient, there are times I'd love to just "set it and forget it" for a full hour of uninterrupted relaxation. * Persistent Beeping: The chair emits a beeping sound every time it adjusts its position. An option to turn this off would be a welcome addition for a more serene experience. While these minor inconveniences prevent a full five-star rating, please know this is a solid 4.5-star, almost 4.75-star product in my book. The benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, and it's easily the best massage chair I've ever had the pleasure of using. If the manufacturer addresses these small points, it would be absolutely perfect!

Noisy, Painful, and a Nightmare to Return
I really wanted to love this massage chair, but unfortunately, it’s been nothing but a frustrating experience from start to finish. The chair is extremely noisy during use—so much so that it completely ruins any chance of relaxation. The massage itself is also way too harsh, even at the lowest settings. It’s either painfully intense or so weak that you can’t feel anything at all. There’s no comfortable middle ground. On top of that, the delivery process was a disaster. It was rescheduled three times, and we had to stay home on three separate days waiting for them to finally show up. That alone should have been a red flag. But the worst part? Trying to return it. It’s been an absolute nightmare. We initiated a return, and the pickup crew came only to tell us they couldn’t take it because it wasn’t disassembled and repackaged—which is nearly impossible to do without professional help. Keep in mind, this is a huge, heavy piece of equipment, and they won’t even step inside to assist with removal. You’re expected to dismantle and haul it to your front gate yourself. Unless you are 100% sure this chair is exactly what you want, I strongly advise against buying it. The hassle is simply not worth

Everything I wanted and more.
We absolutely love this chair and we spend hours in it. I carry all of my stress in my shoulders and we both work labor intensive jobs. Sitting in this helps us both feel refreshed in the morning. I was a little scared to purchase based off of some of the reviews but I’m so glad I went through with it. To address some of the negative things I’ve read. Shipping: they called twice and left messages for me to get ahold of them before they dropped. I took to long to reply (my fault) and they walked the chair up two flights of steps to put it on my front porch. Instructions: honestly it was so easy, we didn’t need them. It took us maybe 5 minutes to assemble. I do suggest two people do it and the air line was a little tough but I’d rather it be too tight and hard to assemble than it being too lose and fall off later. Remote: yes a backlight would be nice but the display is big and has a lot of options for adjustments. Massage: you can adjust your height or shoulder position in 5’6 and he is 6’ we are both able to adjust to a perfect fit. You can adjust intensity by how far back you are lying. It does give a really intense massage if beyond zero but I require my knots to be worked out. You can always add a small towel in spots where it hits too hard like my hip area. The head rest is padded, you can keep it on to soften massage or take it off for more pressure. Foot massage is really intense with the airbag pressure but I just turn everything to low intensity and adjust my foot placement as needed. Leg adjustment. Honestly it doesn’t bother me that the spring is so tight that you have to push to keep the legs completely down. Without pushing, it kind of puts you in a really relaxed fetal position and it massages more of my calf. Bluetooth is hard to connect: it wasn’t. It was incredibly easy, there really wasn’t anything to do. Chair has to be plugged in and Bluetooth on. Hit search and pair. Massages your bootyhole: I don’t know, I mean it gets close but it’s for a very brief time and it’s not actually up in there. The heat is incredible and I find myself having to turn it off for it getting too hot but I’d rather have that then not enough heat. The sellers description is a little vague as well. It does spot massage which is what I really wanted. It has the automatic smart adjustment but you can manually adjust it too but only on manual massage which is fine.

Worth the wait!
I delayed purchasing this chair for nearly a year. The idea of buying a $2k chair that didn't "deliver" made me nervous. I read lots of reviews about this chair. Most were positive. I went to retail stores to test all kinds of chairs, most of which were more expensive (and in hindsight, didn't deliver a noticeable difference). Finally I pulled the trigger. SO happy I did! The chair "delivers"! It's not perfect, but it's darn close. I'd actually give it 4.5 stars, BUT I don't mind rounding up. You can read the other reviews to see the pros and cons. Most of them are pretty accurate. In summary, the pros: the chair works well and looks good. The cons (for me): I am 6'3". Seems the chair is made for slightly shorter people because my legs can't fully extend. I knew this going in. It made me nervous. But, it has turned out to be a small deal. The chair gives a firm massage ... and the foot rollers can be intense (though you can turn them off) ... and the instructions are "meh". But none of these is a big deal (for me). Again, the massage is great and the chair looks really good in my space. I use the chair 3-4 times/week and everytime I do, I am glad I did. Bottom line, pull the trigger. It is a good purchase!

3 years of use! Real insight.
I’ve been using this massage chair for over 2 years now. I’ll try to keep this short and to the point — here’s the good and the bad: PROS: - It’s pretty comfortable. I’ve tried better, but it gets the job done. The leg section is a bit awkward — you have to push it down manually to get it into position, which feels weird at first, but you get used to it. - We use it about once a week, two people taking turns, and it’s still working fine. - Some rollers have started making a bit of noise, probably due to wear or needing lubrication, but nothing major so far. - The preset programs are great, and the manual mode gives you a lot of flexibility (once you figure it out — it’s not very intuitive at first). - Aesthetically, it looks great. Whatever material they used (maybe faux leather?), it’s held up well after two years. CONS: - The built-in Bluetooth speaker is terrible. Honestly, they shouldn’t have even included it. It’s worse than a $5 speaker. Worst part? It’s always on — even when the chair is off. Anyone nearby could accidentally connect to it and blast music. There's no way to disable it unless you open the chair and disconnect the cables. I hate this feature. (I really really do, there is no people in this planet with so bad taste in sound, that would play anything on this terrible audio system) - The remote (wired), the buttons, doesn’t light up, which is a pain if you're using the chair in a dark room — which, let’s be honest, is when you’d want to use it. - Every button press beeps, loudly. You can’t turn it off. Change a few settings and suddenly you’ve got 10 loud beeps ruining your peaceful moment. - There’s a pocket for the remote, sure — but no space for anything else like your phone, wallet, or headphones. A second pocket or small tray would’ve made a big difference. - The side control panel (on the right armrest) is terribly placed. Every time you get in or out, you’re likely to press a button and accidentally turn the chair on. - The heat function is... something else. It’s only on the back, and it doesn't regulate well. It’ll get insanely hot — like, "third-degree burn" hot — then cool down a bit, and repeat. Pretty sure Satan himself set the thermostat.
