Great electrolyte powder for the price you pay. It's sugar free and doesn't have other artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose. The flavor is pretty, $20 is more reasonable for 30 servings unlike a lot of other brands that are $30-$35 for 30 servings. It dissolves easily when you use room temperature water and if you like your water cold like I do, you can simply transfer it into a Stanley cup or put the bottle of water in the freezer for a little bit. I knew the ingredients before purchasing but I wish it had more sodium. 50mg is on the lower end but the average American has a high sodium diet as it is.

Good value! Ten servings more for the money than the sticks. Good flavor, not too salty. Has helped with hydration with daily use. My only complaint is the scoop size is as big as the opening of a standard disposable water bottle, making it difficult to pour in without spillage. Better for cup or larger water bottle use.

Great product. Been using this stuff for a few years now. Good way to control the amount and get some flavor and electrolytes in to the kids waters as well. Mixes in the water well too, that's important as I hate when stuff like this clumps up when you are trying to stir it in.
