Morrisons Diced Beef, 500g (Frozen)

I bought it as a freezer back up. I had cause to use it the other day and it was surpringly good quality.It made the most wonderful meal with mushrooms peppers and a touch of yoghurt stirred in. Very happy with the quality for the price.

I use for soups and stews. Good flavour.

Dice beef, 500g of meet, tastes good once cooked up.

Always have a pack of this in the freezer, makes the best stew or curry. Dropped a couple of stars for value as the price has shot up.

Does not taste like beef

Frozen meats are usually a type I try to avoid but so far these have been nothing but incredible.I've used them in soups, pasta, ramen, rice dishes and more, all the while it being an incredible welcome.Flavourful and meaty, you can't go wrong.

This Morrison cubed beef is a life saver for the days when you just want to throw something quick and easy together, or you forgot to take anything out the Freezer. On lazy or busy days, I get a pot, put a bit of oil in the bottom, throw in some garlic, some ginger, cumin, cardamom and coriander seeds then added the frozen beef throw some seasoning on top, braise, then add onions carrots etc. Whatever I want, then turn down to a low temperature leave it for several hours and get on with life! Can add lemongrass and some coconut milk for something fancier. It's a staple.

I've had this twice now and it seems pretty decent. Only got one bit that I didn't like, better than expected. Good for slow cook.
