I am three weeks postop BBL Lipo, 360. I use this pillow on the plane at seven days postop, and it worked magically. Hard to set your thighs on
The cushion is VERY firm to the point of feeling like ur leg circulation needs you to shift on it a lot. If it had an additional softer topper foam, that might work.
