The media could not be loaded. I have been using this product from past 1 year and no complaints so far. It has made my work easier. No mess as described, awesome design . 2kg of batter can be grinder in 30-45 mins. Also it not much noisier.

The media could not be loaded. I would say never buy product from these guys. Because they don't care about the consumers and when some problem comes and when you reach the support they simply listen to you and raise an support ticket and assign a technician, who never bother to give you proper timeline when they will come to fix the issue. Guess what they have only few technicians to resolve the issue and they are saying they have tickets for more than 30 days in the waiting list and they will come to you only after all the pending tickets are done.I wish someone earlier posted similar review about the product, I never would have brought it. I don't know why Amazon sells these kind of inferior products and damage their reputation.It was very disappointing and complete waste of timeThe problem I faced with the batter dispenser, which stopped working( I mean it's not fitting to the grinder) after the 3rd use.I am also attaching the demo of this waste product

This is not simply a wet grinder really it is a smart grinder, strudy, cute and very easy to operate without wetting the hands. The dough was also very softy and foamy. This brand Smart fingers which I can suggest, as a reliable but this views are only on my first usage, today, butlet me test for a month and if any maintenance issues arise, will update

This grinder is easy to handle especially after using ultra(2kg) grinder for so long. Super easy to grind and clean as it is really light. However, the motor doesn't seem to be strong. As soon as you start using it, there is a smell coming from the motor and I think it wont last much. The pink area gets hot after grinding urad dal alone. But ofcourse, it grinds the urad dal and rice perfectly. no issues there. Using it for 2 months now and still working. But not sure how long it will last. Wish they made it of better quality motor and inner parts.

This wet grinder came in well-packed without any damage in transit. It is easy to use for a person who has never used a wet grinder before. The opening at the front is easy to collect the batter and also to clean. Urad dhal takes about 10 to 15 mins to become the perfect batter and the rice takes about 20 mins. But I felt like a few urad dhal (say 10 to 15) was always been left out from getting ground.It saves some space in my kitchen. This stacking-up model takes up less space. I don't have enough space in my kitchen counter so I used to keep it in the cupboard and use it when it is needed.The stones and the drum can be removed and can be cleaned easily.Overall, as a first time user of wet grinder I am impressed.
