Great product and service

Very disappointing. Arrived filthy. Package was open...dust and dirt galore. Found that there was a deep gouge, maybe a hole, in the back. No way to hide it. There was a nick in the side. Must not be new? And just as bad, the corners are not air "cushions"...they have bulges with standoff that rest against the iPhone. I think that the standoffs would just translate any shock to the iPhone. And there is no face protection as the sides barely go up over the face edge of the phone...so slightly that I'm inclined to say not at all, but I didn't use a measuring tool to determine that exactly and I don't want to make an inaccurate statement. I got a very nice air cushion case for my Galaxy S6...wish I could find the same for my iPhone. The search continues.
