They do nothing. I’ve noticed some edema in my ankles and no matter how much water I drink it doesn’t go away. I hoped these would help but they must be a placebo. Absolutely ZERO results. I’m going to have the capsules evaluated by my lab, don’t buy these.

I just got the product and took 2 capsules, plus the mineral intake. It worked very well andi also like that it came with the mineral supplement so that you are replacing what you had lost. Great product, would buy it again. I take these cause I love salt, but my body doesn't.

All I gotta say is DAMN!!! After giving birth through c section i suffered a lot of water retention and still getting rid of a ton! But this combo together has helped my metabolism go up and gives me a heck lot of energy. Before I bought these I weighed 182 lbs and today I weigh 168 lbs not even a full week trying this. I used to take hydrochlorothiazide as a diuretic for poor circulation due to some heart issues. Then there was a huge recall on it due to some carcinogens found in it. I tried some other caffeine free supplements but they didn’t work well. This stuff works as good as the prescription meds and the electrolyte pills that come with it are a smart inclusion and help keep the foot cramps away. I highly recommend this stuff.

I used ollys before and felt the difference. I pill ollys this product sucks. 3 pills for nothing don’t waste your time.
