I've been drinking 6oz of this tea once daily (per the directions) for the past 8 days. I can't say that I've seen any changes that I can attribute solely to this tea. I've been drinking it while also drinking more water, eating healthier and exercising more so it might be impossible to tell if the tea is helping me lose weight or not. I haven't had any change in my bathroom habits or in my complexion as the packaging suggests. I will continue to use it for the full 28 days, but so far the effects aren't too impressive.
