YoYoink Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for Lexmark 36XL 36 / 37XL 37 High Yield (1 Black, 1 Color; 2 Pack)

I have been ordering this ink for several years now and it has been a great deal and worked very well for my needs. The ink is high quality at a very reasonable price compared to the popular brand. I ordered a box of ink about 2 months ago and just recently needed to replace it. When I switched out the cartridges, my printer kept saying "left cartridge incorrect" which was the black ink cartridge. I took it out, wiggled it, wiped it, did all the troubleshooting measures I could think of, to no avail. Each box has a customer satisfaction note inside, so I emailed the address and explained the situation. Since it had been 2 months since I ordered, I wasn't sure I would be able to do anything about the situation. I quickly got a reply with some more troubleshooting steps, which I tried and nothing worked. I replied with that information and again received a quick reply that they were going to send me a replacement PLUS a 15% credit to my amazon account!! Now, that is some amazing customer service in a world where CS is becoming non-existent. I will always buy my ink from YoYo in the future and YOU SHOULD TOO!!

Decided to try these since brand new is way way more expensive. So far, so good. Only been using these for a short time but they went in easily, the text page was fine, and all documents i've printed were perfect. Hopefully these last as long as the brand name ones do. If so, I will def be buying again and again.UPDATE: So I got these cartidges only a few weeks ago. I checked the levels on these and the black is over half gone and the color is almost gone. I've printed maybe 6 or 7 amazon trade in/return shipping labels. That's it. What a joke. I would no longer recommend this. Plus my printer now prints crappy since my last use. The heads are clean. Only new factor are the cartidges. I wish I would have checked the ink levels right from the start. That way I would have looked into returning them right from the get go. I hate to spend all the money on the name brand, but I guess I should have. Now I have to add the cost of these to the high cost of the name brand. Not happy.

I love my all in one printer and i can scan to thumb drive for on the go. I dont print much i scan mostly. The ink was hard to find and i didnt have time to look for it so i got it from my friends st Yo Yoink Remanufactured Ink. THANKS DO MUCH and i received it fast.

I just started using it and it's hard to evaluate the performance.I did have a small problem right after I installed the cartridges my printer kept telling me to remove the tape which was done dueing installation Iremoved the cartridges one at a time and cleaned where the tape was. Apparently there was some residue on the color cartridge and after wiping it off it has been working fine.The only reason I didn't go beyond 3 stars is it's to soon to know how long they are going to last.

It was cheap and gets the job done, however, I feel that the color isn't super vibrant. I don't know of that's just the nature of these particular types of cartridges or if the manufacturer cheaped out to keep prices low. It works and the black is nice.

It met my expectations. Arrived timely , well packaged. Was used on a Lexmark x6675. No issues. Would purchase again in the future for this printer. The price was reasonable.

Installed black ink, color ink not in properly in and visa/versa. Over & over again until the cover of case broke. This is a product I bought many times but not the #s they sent me. My printer #s are 28 & 29. I returned the items.

Great product at a great price! I'm a full time student and also a property manager and need to print many documents these work great on my Lexmark 6650. No issues at all. You do have to be careful when removing the protective tape not to damage the PINS. So far best yield has been 300 pages before low ink warning and about 50 pages till dry. Buy a few for heavy use!
