The first week I felt a boost of energy and started working out, a little. Everything was great. By week 2, that's when all the stomach problems began. Everything I ate would just run through me. I lived on the toilet for hours. At first I wasn't 100% sure it was the pills, so I started the process of elimination. After about two weeks my stomach was back to normal, I stopped taking the pills. However, I did lose 10lbs without working out. Hey so I bought this a while ago to test it out cause someone recommended it to me. Came in a firmly secured package, so leak or broken seal. First time I open the bottle it had that pungent capsule bottle smell, (im not a fan of it but it is a pill/capsule so I wasnt too biased on it). The smell on 1-10 would be like a 4 or 5. First time I took a pill it was a bit weird to swallow compared to other capsules that ive taken but it honestly got easier over time.In terms of effectiveness? I've been intermittent fasting on a 16 to 8 bias, a minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day, 2 meals a day while working out 3 to 4 times a week.
