Professionally packed in the box, they are flawless. I would recommend these to anyone wishing to get better output circulation in the tank along with surface skimming too! Recommended. I have been building aquariums and taking care of fish both salt and fresh and now planted. 30 years now. Update: after a full year they have not broke and are still perfect. What value!

got this for good price, so I wasn't expecting A+ quality. glass parts are fine. they get the job done. the suction cups, however, are legit trash. they were packed in a way that they were misshapen, even after using hot water to loosen them up and letting them cool on a flat surface, they regularly come undone from the glass despite my using water to improve their adhesion. i may try those suction cups with the clippy things to hold heaters, but we shouldn't need to buy another product to make this one useable.

Overall I am very pleased with this product! Goods: Gorgeous pipe set brand new out of the box - they look phenomenal in the aquarium - and they do the filtration job they are designed to do just fine. It is what it is: They are glass, so they do feel a bit fragile compared to a similar metal set. My first order arrived broken, but was immediately and rapidly replaced. Packaging seemed adequate so I chalk that up to poor handling of glass during shipping. Also, as you can see, when anything (like a broken leaf) gets stuck on the intake it can be a huge eye sore. This can be a really good thing or it can be a bit annoying, depending on your perspective and approach to the hobby. It also makes me interested to see how they look after they’ve been operating a while, and whether it will be annoying to keep them clean. One minor complaint: I wish they included pipe holders, clamps, or some other means of more securely attaching them to the aquarium. More specifically, the suction cups fix to the aquarium glass just fine, but the pipe attachment to the suction cups is flimsy so the pipes don’t stay firmly fixed in the position I set them when under pressure.

These will fit over a rimmed tank... had them in my 55... however, no matter the angle, the return cup will not sit underwater and the connectors are smaller than advertised, so no matter how much teflon tape/pipe clamps you try, you'll always have a constant dribble... If these work for you, they're worth a shot at the price - but they didn't work out for me

They come in a secure package. Will not break on the way! Quality is amazing! Ive had them now for a month and so far they work great! Honestly awesome buy! For 17mm hose. Trust me you wont be disappointed !

These are great. I recommend getting a secon pair because you will break them.
