Great on muscles
Great product. It does really dig into your muscles, but it is nice because you can go at your own pressure. Easy to use and reduces pain. Truly helps stretch muscles.

It could be bigger, which would make it much better. But it's still pretty good for the price. It will definitely get in nice and deep. It doesn't have any flex.

I am very happy with the price and quality of this product. It is light-weight and is comfortable to use. The individual parts move easily and no skin pinching .

Works very well
If I could give this a different rating, I would give it a 100! I've used this roller nightly, for three to five minuters, and gently roll both my feet on top of it. I've had tightness and tingling from my inner arch, to the ends of my toes, reaching on top of my foot. A lot of the tightness has disappeared, and stayed away, after only about a week of use. This is the most comfort I've had in over a decade with my feet. They almost feel normal for a change. It's the best thing I've ever experienced as far as getting a quick result from never ending pain. I would highly recommend.
