Cordova Safety Products BST-6 Steel Shank Rubber Steel Toe Boot, Cotton Lined Black, Size 6

The Cordova Safety rubber "slosh" boots are Chinese made (what isn't) and lack any touch of high-quality in construction. They are not intended to be worn with shoes on the inside, so heavy soxs are needed, unless you want them to move around some. I wear size 13 wide but these are size 14 Medium. The heels are not molded into the boots but glued on, in some fashion. This makes me concerned that they will come off easily. My last rubber boots, sold by CLC, literally fell apart after 12 months and being used lightly only ten times. The rubber just disintegrated and split in many places. I'm hoping this won't happen with these boots. Time will tell if they hold up well. I'll update this sometime in the future. At the moment, I'm not enthusiastic about them.

I usually wear a size 7 1/2 - 8, so I ordered size 8. The boots that came appeared to be men's sizing - close to a men's 9 or 10; I had 3 inches of extra room inside the boot. The construction is poor quality; I anticipate wearing the boots only sporadically for work but would be concerned if I were planning to wear them every day. The heel appears to be simply glued on; I question whether it would hold up to any number of fire scene investigations, which is my intended use. I returned the boots I ordered and will look for something better quality and appropriately sized.

Not super high quality. I expected more for the price. Functional, but not something I would recommend or purchase again. For what they are, I would have been better off buying the cheap ones from WalMart.

FAILURE!!This boots fell apart within two weeks of use.

My husband has had these for only 6 months, maybe wore them 10 times. They have split and now leak.

I've had these shoes for only 5 months and the mouth on them has already started to tear. I only wear them maybe once every 3 weeks when it rains, and they have already come undone. Sorely disappointed in these, as I had read so many great reviews.

Functionally sound but not really comfy

Size 15 was smaller then my size 12 shoe.
