I’ve been taking these probiotics every single day for about a year now, and the difference has been incredible. I originally bought them hoping they might help with my IBS symptoms, and I can honestly say they’ve done more than I expected. My IBS flare-ups have pretty much disappeared, and I feel so much more comfortable and regular day to day. One of the biggest changes I noticed is how much less inflamed I feel overall. My stomach isn’t bloated all the time anymore, and I don’t get that heavy, uncomfortable feeling after eating. It’s like my whole digestive system finally calmed down. I also love that these probiotics are gentle—I never had any side effects starting them, and they’re easy to take every morning as part of my routine. If you struggle with IBS or bloating, I can’t recommend these enough. They’ve truly made such a positive impact on my health and quality of life. Worth every penny!

This is a very effective product for me. I like the variety and number of strains and I feel that my immune system is boosted as a result. I also think they contribute to brain health and cognitive function.

Although this is my first time using this product, I am slowly starting to see results. My digestive tract is working smoothly and I feel lighter overall. The capsules are pretty easy to swallow and do not leave a horrid taste afterward. I also really appreciate that this product is vegan and made with only clean ingredients.

I was diagnosed with BV in early July (2021) likely due to a previous antibiotic (amox-clav 875, I was over prescribed it). After my metronidazole treatment I still felt "wrong" but did not have as many side effects so I looked into high cfu probiotics. I took this one once (sometimes 2 to 4 times a day if I felt "off") until late October. It definitely helped with my symptoms and overall helped me with some digestive issues as well. I stopped taking it because well, I've been curious to see what will happen. So far 2 weeks off of it and I've still felt ok! I think these probiotics really helped me when I needed it, basically when I didn't have much "good" bacteria down there. If I notice any weird symptoms again I will continue taking them or if I go on another antibiotic for whatever reason, but so far I've been ok! These probiotics definitely helped my bv symptoms and made me feel better. They're relatively easy to swallow, they do have their own taste but its not awful, just a regular pill. I think these aren't necessary for daily use for myself, but maybe occasionally. I'll probably take a few at the end of my period since that's when I notice bv-ish symptoms. Otherwise, awesome probiotic!

I am literally so happy I found this product. I have woken up without bloating since the first day of taking it. I take the probiotics with a meal and I have no stomach aches. I think it’s pretty effective.

Since I get to try these probiotics and haven’t stopped using them. Just one capsule a day help me a ton with my digestive system! Recommend it 100%

Sometimes less is more. I did not realize that taking too strong a probiotic could cause body aches and gut/stomach pain. I found out the hard way. My sister mentioned that she and my niece both experienced the same issue and once they reduced their probiotics to 2 billion they felt better. I have been in agony for a long time. I never thought that taking a high dose probiotic would be a problem until I had 3 days without pain when I was not taking such a high dose. I have another low dose product that I had taken during those 3 days. This is probably a good product but for me, a lower dose would be better.
