Great for sourdough
I love this flour. I’ve had the best results with my sourdough since I switched to Bob’s. I’m sad that the price for a 5 pack of bread flour recently increased from $48 to $72. If it doesn’t drop I’ll have to go back to store brand.

Bob’s wow flour
Good flour for sourdough bread. Just wish Amazon would put a little paper packing in the box. It would have prevented one bag from busting open

Mixed with some rye flour and it was perfect
This flour is amazing, so fresh and tasty it made very nice fluffy rolls my uncle took all of them for himself and wouldn’t share! Not dense as all and made a wonderful consistency

5 stars but...
This is the finest bread flour I've used and yes it is certainly noticeable over conventional bread flour. The contrast between the fluffy interior and robust crust is my holy grail and this flour delivered that. The rub is that it is pricey and 5 lbs. isn't 5 lbs. upon delivery. The packaging simply cannot withstand parcel transit. Other brands leak a little from the package seams but Bob's Red Mill packaging bursts open. Not only will you lose & contaminate flour but the remainder of your order will be dusted.

The best full grain flour I can get
The best full grain flour I can get, without milling my own. Own milled flour will be much more nutritious however, full flour spoils quickly, this one is slightly processed to avoid the spoilage - at the cost of nutritional value of course. As to taste, it is delicious...! unless you have a home grain mill get this one, it is the closest to.
