Love the gentle cleanser and smells great

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was very impressed by the very careful and detailed way this product was packaged. The best I've ever seen. Also the customer service was superior. I wish more companies would follow the lead on this seller. The oil was very soft and amooth. I wish I could give this more than a five star rating. I highly recommend this seller and their product.

The formula is gentle and amazing. My skin feels soft, vibrant and clean. The scent is particularly nice. Love it. I think the only downside is the price but worth it if it fits into your spending plan.

This is a lightweight and gentle liquid that makes my skin feel fabulous. I was surprised how very potent the scent of jasmine is and imagine it would be overwhelming to many people. It is just on the edge of how much I can tolerate and I love jasmine. I would much prefer a less potent aroma but will continue to use this despite the high price and small amount of product. I also had to return my first bottle because I couldn't get the pump to release no matter how much I turned it in the direction of the open arrow. The bottle that came as a replacement had the exact same problem but my friend accidentally broke off the top of the pump and when we put it back together it seemed to finally work. I am positive that ripping the top off is not the correct way to do it and hope they get this fixed before I need to reorder.

Great product

Very nice quality cleanser. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the floral fragrance is a bit overpowering. I love the way it makes my skin feel, but the scent gives me a headache. I wish they made a slightly less fragrant option. Use caution if you are sensitive to fragrances.

Hands down, this is my favorite cleanser, and I've tried many. It is filled with excellent, nourishing ingredients that cleanse the skin without stripping it, and it smells soooooo good. True Botanicals does not skimp on adding the right combination and amount of essential oils that provide this cleanser with its heavenly scent. T.B. products are pricey, but they last a long time, and their clean and truly natural ingredients make it a very worthwhile investment in skincare. I've noticed a tremendous improvement in my skin since becoming a T.B customer in 2021.
