This inner pot works well in my 8qt Power Cooker XL. I was questioning whether it would work since it was stainless and not nonstick like the inner pot that came with the cooker. The stainless steel is great. I had no sticking or scorching when I made chilli. I have used it to make other soups and cook potatoes. It fits perfectly in my power cooker and I had no problems with the cooker sealing properly. It cleans up easily. I'm glad I bought it. I wish I would have replaced my nonstick sooner because the coating has been wearing away.

I have the PPC770 model of the power pressure cooker xl and this works perfectly. I've used it 3 times (cooking dried beans, rice) and it seals perfectly, stays clean nice and is super shiny. The rice came out with a rubber spatula after cooking just as good as the original one. I bought it purely because it doesn't have a non stick coating and the one the cooker came with did. The one from the cooker was scratching off from usage over the years. Feels very solid it should last the life of the cooker.

Received this a few weeks ago. This fits my pressure cooker perfectly and has no forever chemicals. It is easy to clean and I am glad I invested in this purchase.

We’re trying to get away from all nonstick so I needed this SS insert for my power cooker XL and it’s working great! And they write a little note and it’s an American company so that’s nice to support!

I bought this as a replacement pot for my 8 quart Instantpot. If you look at the pictures, you can see it is incrementally taller compared to the original. Given that slightly elevated height, it wants to stick inside the lid at the end. It does shake loose fairly easily, however. It fits fine otherwise and locks/secures without difficulty. I am only using this for yogurt so when it is finished, it is significantly cooled after hours of being off the heat so I don't need to worry about shaking a hot pot loose from the outer lid. I suspect it might be a tad dangerous shaking a hot pot loose. I haven't tried it with anything else as of yet.

This fits my older XL Cooker perfectly - my old pot was non stick but the coating was coming off. Nice heavy bottom it you like to saute first. This cooker is faster and cleaner than the newer name brand ones.

It appears to be a good replacement inner pot for an Instapot 8 quart cooker.
