We've been using this in our ornamental pond/waterfall for a very long time now. I believe that the first gallon lasted over a years' time. It is very concentrated. And I do believe that it helps with reducing algae growth. Although it doesn't stop it. But with all of the bird poop that is washed into our pond every year, to feed the algae, I don't think there is anything that will completely stop it accept for chlorinating.

This product works extremely well. My pond has clear water and in summer it was hard to keep the grass and weeds down since I started coloring pond sunlight can't penetrate the water has easily the fish are a lot less spooked weeds and grass are little to none this year

Product did a fantastic job of turning the pond a lovely dark blue. We had lots of compliments on it. Hope the algea will now start to fade out. We need to pond looking good for our venue for photos. Color has not bothered the fish or wildlife.

UPDATE: after posting the below review customer service reached out and offered to send me another thing of dye to try. It took more than anticipated, but it did get my pond to a very pretty color. I appreciate this company standing behind their product and helping me to troubleshoot. I’ll purchase again and just know that I need to dose heavy the very first time (but use less to maintain the color)We have previously used the AirMax dye, but wanted to try something else. This was not nearly as good. It took a lot to get a similar color and the color only lasted a short while even in cooler temps. Would not repurchase.

I have been using this product for a couple years now and am truly impressed with the appearance it creates in our pond. It looks beautiful and acts as a mirror as the area reflects in the pond. I will continue to use this product and definitely recommend.

Works ! Turned a muddy pond in to an oasis. And after a couple of weeks I noticed less algae. Now granted a clarification chemical and Uv light added also is something I would recommend
