Okay, I read nearly all of the reviews. I have an office job and am sitting most of the time. I do have a sit/stand desk, but after a while, standing hurts my back, so we're back to sitting and that's where the problem started. I developed a...well, you know. It got to the point where it hurt a bit to sit. I used the OTC stuff. No real relief. I was so worried that I may have to go to the doctor, but WHO ON EARTH wants to go, "Hey Doc, can you take a look at this?!" Ew. So, I thought I'd keep looking and I found this item, Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment. The reviews RAVED about it, some complained about a smell, some said it did nothing. There was one review in particular: RobbieBeast...they were detailed on how they used it. I decided to give it a shot. They arrived on 4/19 Saturday. I immediately opened a tube and followed the instructions Robbiebeast detailed. INSTANT RELIEF!!! INSTANT!! Did I mention the relief was INSTANT?!!! I could sit with ease and no pain and the cooling feel is...beyond! It is Monday, 4/21. No, they are not gone...yet, but they are tolerable for the most part. I am back at work and sitting again, but I am taking more breaks and standing up more and I feel confident that given a bit more time, they will be a faint memory. I will update on this in a week or so, (and I never update.) Are there instructions? Yes, but everything is in Chinese, so just go with what you know on this. As for the smell...*eye roll*...1. If you've ever used BenGay, Icy/Hot, Tiger Balm, or any other menthol type balm...it's nothing more than that. It does not bother me at all. It most certainly DOES NOT linger in the air, you can't smell it on a person (like you can with BenGay), it's not super strong. Maybe others got bad tubes?? There's way too much drama over the "smell". Don't fall for it. It's not a big deal. It is pink. It doesn't stain anything for me, so I am not sure how/why some are complaining that it stains clothing? Bottom line: TOTALLY WORTH IT so far and if nothing more, the pain relief is worth the price of admission on this one! Get it!!!

Yes, it feels like putting tiger balm on your anus. If you are at the point that sitting is unbearable it's a welcome relief. This product just works. Bad hemmeroids are gone within 1 to 2 days. I don't know how this product has not single handedly taken over the hemmeroid industry. No in store product has ever gotten even close to being this effective.The tiger balm feeling helps tremendously and immediately with itch or burn. The swelling is what takes around a full day or two days of application, atleast twice a day. I use this both externally and as a suppository if needed.Feeling - if you don't know what tiger balm feels like, hard to explain, but basically menthol - like strong gum or the cold part of icy hot. It has a cool sensation that lightly tingles. It's relieving. Works well for both itch and soreness. Cream feels Vaseline-ish. Spreads easily.Cons - each tube comes with a package for suppository insertion. These tubes are way too long unless you have hemmeroids in your rectum. A bit of product waste from this. 2, Vaseline texture, you need to wipe off before trying to wash off. I have had it get on my underwear before but it washes out fine. 3, strong scent. At first I worried I smelled like it but I asked some honest people around me and they said no.Price/longevity: I've had it for months and just finished one tube, but it's an acute occurrence for me. I was concerned about the price a bit but once I saw how little you have to use it's absolutely worth it.Ingredients - I researched the ingredients, I read that they were all safe for "internal" ingestion and why they work. The price is actually surprising because it has some very expensive ingredients.Overall, never buying another product as long as this one is available.

I contemplated writing this review, out of shame but was reminded if not for the brave men and woman before me who wrote their reviews I would still be suffering.Out of utter desperation and pain I began googling the best products for relief, before returning to Amazon and searching. I came across this product. now I was skeptical because the writing is in Chinese and the package did not look like it was anything that could work. But the price and the reviews made me take the chance. Thank you Amazon! I ordered Saturday and received my product overnight.Let's just get the con out of the way:1. The color is a dark pink so it will stain and can easily be mistaken when wiping for blood.2. The smell- I can only describe this smell as the smell of Ajax.Pros1. Very cost effective, little goes a long way.2. There is a cooling sensation and numbing that eases pain and irritation as well as swelling.3. I went from painful to sit to within minutes able to sit, and walk.4. Swelling significantly decreases about 80% in 48 hours.5. After being constipated for days within a hour of application I had to use the bathroom. Total ease.Suggestions:Also I read a review that mention badia slimming tea. Listen I partnered this with this ointment and freedom. Of course if you are here you have probably drank most laxative teas there are. So you will be very aware of the pains associated when the tea starts working and the diarrhea after. Not this tea at most bloating and no diarrhea. Cleans you out but without the mess.For the smell. Which is quite pronounced. Use tucks completely covers the smellI hope this helps. But if you are contemplating just buy it and try it. You won't regret it.
