Everything I Need
I initially purchased the watch for my mother, who wanted to be able to check and receive calls without having to search for her phone and pull it out. She has a Motorola phone and said the watch would not stay connected for her. Too bad, so sad, for her. I replaced hers with a Samsung Galaxy. I decided to use the watch, myself, since I was beyond the return period. I really enjoy the watch. I, initially planned to use the watch when in the garden, so I would not have to touch or search for my phone. However, now, this is my every day watch. I even sleep in it. I have a Samsung S22+ cellphone paired with the watch. When calls come in, I see the number on my watch. I have the option of answering the call or rejecting the call. Call quality is great, as I have not had any complaints and you do not have to hold the watch to your fact to speak. I also use the watch for its alarm features, weather, heart rate, and sleep pattern recording. I like that the watch tells me its percent battery life. I also like the Amazon Alexa feature. After adding account to your profile, you will be able to tap the Alexa button, ask a question or give it a command, and the results will show on the screen. I even use this feature to start my robot vacuum. The only thing that comes to mind, that I wish could be improved, is the text receiving function. I can see a text when it initially comes in, but I am unable to go back and review it or if that is possible. Overall, great watch and I am pleased. I wear it every day and for daily wear, I choose it over my Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy 4. I, did, change the band because I did not care for the original.

Classy beautiful and functional watch
This watch held up to my expectations. My husband got it for me for Christmas. The weight and size are good and very similar to an apple watch without breaking the budget. I was able to easily customize my watch face background to my baby's ultrasound pic or any image I wanted by way of the watch face store. Tried out phone calls, sms, and all other features seem to work efficiently with my Huawei p20 phone. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is Alexa. I'm not sure why some people have said the phone calls or sms don't work for them as I have a feeling they don't realize you have to set them up individually one by one and also ensure you are paired to your phone through Bluetooth. I had no problems and it was fairly easy and straight forward. So far I am a happy customer!

Separate app and updates are required
It works off a separate app on your phone and the user interface is not user friendly for people that are not tech savvy. It holds a good charge, but getting messages and staying connected to the phone is difficult. It was purchased for an older woman that is happy if she can connect to public wifi without asking for help.

Nice Smart Watch for the price
I wanted an Apple smart watch but the price is ridiculous. So, I went with this one due to some of the additional measurements it takes. The only thing missing, is the EKG capability some other watches have. It takes a bit to learn how to access all of the options on this watch but after watching a video I was able to access everything. It doesn’t get my location correct, it has me located in the next town over but other than that, it’s comfortable and retains battery life as advertised.

False advertising. There's no Alexa
I bought this watch as an upgrade from my Amazfit Bip S (actually two units due to what I thought was a defect). I had high hopes but was very disappointed. While I regularly got 3 weeks on a single charge from my Bip S, I was only able to get 2.5 days on this device with the same usage and without the always on display. I realize the GTS 2 has different hardware that causes more battery drain, but I was hoping to at least get 5 days as most of the video reviews said was standard. Although I did feel the screen was an improvement, this watch offered little additional functions to justify paying three times what the Bip S costs. The Bluetooth call receiving did work but I prefer not to speak on a speaker phone letting everyone around hear my conversation. Note that this watch can only receive calls not dial, thus it was not particularly useful for me. Almost any watch, including the Bip S can pick up a call to be taken over a headset or handset. Replying to messages would be more useful but this watch can't do that. With the use of a 3d party phone app, the Bip S can at least send quick replies. Even that is not possible with this device because of its more "complicated" firmware. The watch I bought was advertised with Alexa built in but clearly did not have that and customer support said it was still a work in progress--six months after launch. This was not in and of itself a deal breaker for me but the false advertising did not improve my impression of this watch. What was a deal breaker was not being able to load music onto the device. That feature is definitely present on the watch but my transfers were frequently interrupted and I ended up spending an hour and a half to load just five songs. Without onboard music storage, this watch is way overpriced once you consider the GTS 2 mini is almost half the price has everything but the onboard music storage. This watch is also still lacking remote camera control which is mind boggling considering there are $30 watches available on Amazon with that feature. At this price point and with a battery that really only lasts 2-3 days, this watch is substandard. For the same price or just a little more you can get a Fitbit Versa (2 or 3), Samsung Galaxy Active, Samsung Watch (refurbished), Ticwatch (various models), and multiple other WearOS devices. All of these other devices have more features and functionality than this GTS 2 and are a better way to spend $150-$200. If you don't want a full featured smartwatch and really only need to receive notifications, then go with the Bip S, Bip U Pro, or GTS 2 mini. They are much more affordable and have better battery life. As for me, I'll be switching to a Fitbit.

Doesn't do too good at the gym.
I like this product as I got it for mothers day. It keeps a good tracking of my sleep and oxygen and such. What I don't like is that when it gets sweat on it, it can't keep track of your heart beat. I could be going from 175 hb to 73 relaxed heartbeat in 5 seconds. When it has sweat it stops keeping up with the pai, oxygen, heartbeat, Ect... as well as the battery I'm having to charge it like every 3 days. When it is suppose to last the 7 days. I don't have everything on but what I do it runs through the battery.
