Overall these are the bets pads I have found for getting build up off my glass shower doors.. That being said.. they did scratch the glass. I had real good results scrubbing with them by hand.. but once I got used them in my drill I had issues.. I used the white pad because it was the least abrasive. I will not completely blame the product.. I may have run them at RPM's too high and I definitely was not always able to keep them flush to the glass causing extra pressure to be applied to one edge.. Beware when you use them with a drill.. they will scratch if you are not extra careful but using them by hand I was super happy with them.

The pads are way too open weave to "scrub" anything in a bathroom very well - save for light, dried-on, soap scum. Compare the weave to that of a ScothBrite cleaning pad and you will immediately see why one works and the other doesn't. I considered cutting up some ScotchBrite pads but they only barely adhere to the adapter - way too dense a weave compared to the wide-open prongs of the 5 connecting pads on the face of the adapter. I seriously doubt you are dealing with Velcro (RTM) anything here.I intended to use this "tool" to clean the ground-in dirt that accumulates on the bottom of tubs that are used primarily for taking showers. Not only did the tool take a ton of effort to get any results (after applying a generous amount of Comet cleaner), you immediately realize that the drill motor wants to steer you all over the place. So you turn up using two hands and leaning into the work for all you're worth. The concept of just pointing this "tool" at the dirt and having it magically go away turns very quickly into the realization of "totally wishful thinking."The pads are also close to the size of the hard adapter in diameter - see the photos - so going around inside corners (like the lengths at the bottom of a bath tub and going up the walls) is a total waste of time. You immediately run up against the adapter.Final general comment - grossly overpriced for what you get - a $3 adapter, (4) 35 cent pads, and a sample package of "Bar Keepers Friend cleaner and polisher". [Interesting note on the provided "cleaner" - the application instructions twice note (in about 20 words), "rub gently". This stuff is so fine that the only things it should be applied to are glass (like a stove top) or metal (like chrome or stainless steel) - pretty much what the label says it is for. "Scrubbing" - never happen. And this stuff ruins ScotchBrite pads.]Save your bucks, get some real scrub pads and plan on spending time manually scrubbing.

A number of drill attachments at this price point look pretty much the same. I like this one because it has a hexagonal shaft which makes for a secure connection to the drill. That being said, I bought this for one reason, to polish the glass cooktop (using a vinegar soak, then a baking soda scrubbing with the 'Drill Brush'). Our cooktop looks significantly better than what we were ever able to achieve with just a rag and the stovetop cleaner supplied by the range manufacturer. A Personna single edge hair shaper blade was also used to scrape the most baked on residue in addition to using the Drill Brush. Nice to have this chore done and dusted.With a little baking soda this drill brush made fast work of cleaning thick old ugly soap scum from a bathtub.

I use this attachment pad for shower and tub, attached it to a cordless drill and set to mild speed, making cleaning tub much easier, just be careful when using liquid cleaner/detergent, or it may get it splashed all over the place.

These work great on my drill.A word of caution, be a little bit careful with the type of cleaner and the speed at which you use the drill.I ended up slinging cleaner all up the wall because I was using a liquid cleaner

I used this to clean soap scum on bathroom tile and I now have gleaming tile with very little effort!

This attachment is fantastic! I used it on the shower and have never seen such results so easily!Would highly recommend this product!
