Cute story. Nephew loves pirates & loved the book.

I bought this book to read with my 6 and 4 yr old boys. They have very short attention spans so it is hard to find fun book that we all enjoy and keeps their attention. The book arrived yesterday and they have been begging me to read it. At the end of every chapter they were begging me to read more! We finished the book and I can’t wait to read the rest in the series. I also love all the homophones.

My son hates reading but I bought this book because our dogs name is Tank so he loved reading their adventure.

This book is adorable! I got it for my four year old son and planned to read it to him. I was worried it might be over his head, but he got all the humor and loved the pictures. If you are getting tired of the same picture books you read to your kids at night, throw this one in. So cute and fun! I will definitely be looking for more Haggis and Tank books! Like I mentioned my little one doesn't read yet, but I would guess this is around my first graders level of reading if you were to get it for your child to read independently. It has a good amount of words, but also cute little speech bubbles to keep it fun.

My kid is 8 and really enjoyed this book and he only gave it 4 stars because it was not his absolute favorite but he still loved this series.

Very cute story. As an adult, I found it had some funny, laugh-out-loud moments. A great way to expand children’s vocabulary with words like knot/not, sail/sale, pause/paws.

A hit with the kids, who then wanted all the Haggis and Tank books. A pretty easy read but they still reach for this book.

I wish there were more of these books than 3 because my 5 year old loves them!

It was a cute book that my six year old son enjoyed. I liked that it was teaching different spellings and meanings for words that sound the same, like sail and sale etc.

My 7 year old grade 2 son loves this series. Graphics are great and is a perfect grade 2 level book. I can always tell when he’s reading it because he giggles a ton.
