Bought for my son, he's 16. He works out twice a day 5 days a week. Plays football and baseball. He was really sore and achy. He feels a difference and has better recovery. Says taste is fine.

I take this about a half an hour before I walk my dog. My calf's hurt so much while I am walking. This works well in keeping them in check before and after the walk. I use to work out and did free weights. I would wake up in the morning and nothing hurt, so I could start all over again. This stuff tastes great also. I use ice water when mixing it, so that prevents it from dissolving that well.I read HardbodyByAnthony's review. He was correct in what he said. I do take other supplements and I do not do any heavy exercise anymore. In combination with my other supplements could be why it worked for me. For those of you who have not read or seen any of my reviews, I am Certified Master Trainer for over 20 years & I have many certifications, one of which is a certification in Supplementation & Basic Nutrition, so because of my years of knowledge and dedication in helping people achieve healthier lives through exercise & nutrition, is the reason why I do these reviews… in hopes I can help someone, even if that is just one.• I train a minimum of 5-6 days per week, 2-3 hours per day & train hard, so recovery is huge for me as it should be with anyone who trains hard, so figured I write this review is on the following: Recovery Drink Advanced Post Workout Supplement, PERFECT RECOVERY, Complete Muscle Recovery Shake with Whey Protein, Aminos, Vitamins, Antioxidants and Electrolyte Matrix. Great Taste Fruit PunchSo are you thinking about taking this and want to know if this is a product for you? Well let me break this down down for you to try to help you decide.****** Before I break this product down, I have say right from the start, and I am actually shocked because this seller & I been through this issue with their "Chizled Labz UNCHAINED BCAA” and they fixed it only to see this AGAIN! I ABSOLUTELY HATE PROPRIETARY BLENDS!!! Drives me nuts when supplement companies put proprietary blend, & list their ingredients & a TOTAL dosage. I want to know exactly what the dosage is for each and every single thing I am putting in my body & consumers today are getting wiser, more health conscious so they do too!! I wish these companies would stop because how are we the consumer going to know the dosage amount of each ingredient we are putting into our bodies. Shady business practices! **************** Cholesterol is 46mg and not a fan of anything aiding in the possibility of higher cholesterol when we can raise that all on our own!***** Sodium & Potassium i will list together because they work/go together like Batman & Robin, White on Rice, Yin and Yang. They are the two primary electrolytes in your body, working together to maintain fluid balance in cells, blood plasma and extracellular fluid. Potassium is found primarily inside cells, and sodium is the main electrolyte in extracellular fluid.********** Carbohydrate/Sugar is at 30g and IMO that is very high. Now yes we do need carbs post workout but this is carbs from sugar & if you want to get the correct dosage of protein using this you will need 3 scoops (48g of protein) which means you will be getting 90grams of sugar and that is crazy.********** Protein (Whey Concentrate) which is a cheap whey as is only 80% Whey & 20% fillers etc. And it is ONLY 16 grams so not even enough and would have to triple the dose to benefit post workout!********** Vitamin C has so many benefits but in this case, it can help protect the immune system and help bodybuilders recover from intense training. This is dosed at 500mg and everyone knows this is under-dosed. I would’ve liked to see a minimum of 1000mg********** B-6 & B-12 not even going to comment on this except them adding this is a waste because not even close to the correct effective dosage. Are they really serious with 6mcg of B12!********** Magnesium Bisgycinate taking this Post-workout to get stronger & speed recovery from intense training. Magnesium is one of the most important nutrients for all athletes because it gets significantly depleted in the body after strenuous training.suggested dosage is 200mg again this is extremely under-dosed at 18mg***** Other ingredients they list “Evaporated Cane juice and I MUST SAY this this is simply a fancier way to say SUGAR. Google it yourself. Simply shady practices to try to pull the wool over the consumer's eye!Let me make it clear that YES, we do need simple carbs post workout, so I understand why this has sugar, but as a fitness professional, i'd like to see them take out the Sugar Cane and add Dextrose.—————----------————— Recovery Amino Matrix ----------——————————***** L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine dosed at 2500mg and this is also extremely under-dosed. & to top it off, they do not list the ratios, which really does not matter because it is so under-dosed. To give you an idea how much: L-Glutamine suggested dose is 3000-5000mg, & 5000mg suggested total dosage with a 2:1:1 ratio broken down as: L-Leucine 2500mg, L-Isoleucine 1250mg, L-Valine 1250mg! making this extremely low no matter what you use it for.-—————-—————-————— Antioxidant & Electrolyte Matrix -—————-—————-—————Which I do not get because all these ingredients been listed up top of their ingredient list!So me as a Fitness Trainer & certified supplement advisor, I am not a fan of this product at all!! Nothing special about the ingredients and dosing is real low. Protein used is Whey concentrate which is low quality. Also Protein dosing is only 16 grams so if you take this alone you will have to triple your dose to get the needed protein but then you're also going to triple your sugar, Carbs, Cholesterol & sodium which will be way too much & unhealthy!So ONLY way I can see this being useful at all is if you mix 1 scoop of this in your regular post workout protein, but I for one don’t think fruit punch will not taste good with the flavors I use or many us use! For testing purposes, I did mix 1 scoop of this with my Post Workout protein shake and just didn’t add any more carbs (this has plenty) and it did not taste good at all because I use Cake Batter flavor and fruit punch did not go well with it. I am so shocked because Chizled Labz i had such high hopes for and they do have a couple of good product I actually gave great reviews for.••••• Chizled Labz has some work to do with this Recovery Drink Advanced Post Workout Supplement i.e., take out the Sugar Cane which is pure sugar & add Dextrose and also up the protein and maybe add at least a Whey matrix blend rather than just Whey concentrate!

The taste of this is horrible. When mixed with water it looks and tastes like strawberry milk not fruit punch.

I really like this stuff. Tastes great and works for me. The next day after a hard workout, I don't seem as sore as before

The product is awesome. I love it! The only thing is when we received it, the bottle had popped open and a quarter of the powder came out all over the box. Couldn't tell if it was pressure or packaged too tight but it was all over in the box.That was the only thing. Disappointed that it wasted so much powder. Other then that, it seems to be very good. I emailed amazon but haven't had any response yet.Thanks,Mere

Its good stuff. I used to consume the P90x orange-flavored recovery drink, but they changed it and is now too expensive.This is a good alternative. I gave it 4 stars because it doesnt taste as good as the one mentioned. But it gets job done.

Got this for my husband, he loves it so much that on the next order he wants to try some of the other products.
