The bag is okk but the quality of zipped use is very bad not satisfied with the quality

U r A big Fraud. Bag i receved is totally different from that shown on Amazon. I have bought same bag 5months ago and have been using it. So u cant cheat me by sending me a inferior Adulterated bag.Today, I got a bag which has following defects:-A) inside color of bag is grey but my old same capriff bag is totally saffronB) the chains are abruptly stopping, not running smoothly, haulting suddenly, whereas chains of my old cappriff bag are running smoothly like butter.C) the stitches joining the shoulder straps with the bag are very thin single stitches & of very inferior quality whereas in my old capriff bag there were thick, durable double stitchesD) the raw material used just below the chain tracks is of very poor quality & paperish type , whereas the raw material used in my old caprif bag is vinyl cloth type which is very durable & thick compared to that paperish scrap trash.E) the raincoat new caprif bag is grey color & some threads are coming out uncontrollably leading to a fear that raincoat may tore apart completely, whereas the raincoat in my old caprif bag was safron color and was in fine condition & no such problems.So i concluded that in these 5 months u sellers At Amazon have started bringing in ADULTERY into the capriff bag, just to save some more chunks of money, at the cost of product quality & customer satiafaction. 5 months ago U were sending bags exactly as shown in Amazon website, but now u have started sending third class inferior adultered low quality raw material used non durable rubbish capprif bags. To Hell you go, Cheaters & Amazon!!

Quality ok

Look of the bag is ok but the material used is worst because inside and outside of the bag material is like paper dissapointed for that. and zip pullers are made with rubber material its not all good. Space available for only for 3compartments and there is no space in one compartment. But look and colour of the bag is as in amazon only. Stitches are good. Used very soft material it noy good. Especially inside of bag. So finally but it if you want only look. For better use its not good. For evidences look on to photos uploaded by me.
