Needs more flavour
I was disappointed with this loaf. I didn't mind that many seeds in it and the texture was very dry and broken. There are better one's around. Nice square shape but overall disappointing.

Unpleasant mouth feel
The flavour of this bread is fine but it has an unpleasant texture in the mouth. It seems to dissolve into gritty, sandy sludge. The only way I found it to be edible was to fry it in bacon fat or olive oil. Won’t buy again. The sourdough loaf is better.
