I was really scared about using this yoga wheel and putting my weight on it - but it’s held up fine for a month now. I’m really impressed by its sturdiness and durability.This yoga wheel is the perfect size for me and I’ve been feeling much more flexible and active thanks to the exercises I’ve been doing with it, although I have to say that the booklet that comes with it does not help much. Please look up some YouTube videos so you can properly understand how to get into the different poses - I didn’t do that on day one, and really overdid things as a result. There’s a bit of a learning curve for sure, but it’s so totally worth the effort, and the money.Given how good this looks and how sturdy it is, I’d say it’s absolutely value for money and great for your back.

Product was good ,quality was good, but didn’t get the belt

The product description mentioned that yoga belt would be included bu the yoga belt was not delivered

The strap shown in the photo description of the product is not sent twice, as I had asked for a replacement on this count and it wasn’t sent again.

Very difficult to use it as I found it is very hard.

A wonderful tool regardless if you’re a yoga practitioner or just spend awful long time in front of computer. I use mine to get deeper into thoracic spine, to make yoga poses more accessible and undo some of my daily bad posture habits.My wheel came with instructions that offer some basic moves and strap was a nice extra! It’s cost effective and super easy to use.I had other wheels that bent over time but I’ve been using Pete’s for over 6 months and so far like new! Grippy, sturdy and comfortable.
