HJ name speaks for itself.

I buy these as they are similar to the ones issued by the army ( if not the same)I can wear through sock and these last a good while.Can be a little thick at first as the fluff "bulks them up", bu this makes them quite soft and feet friendly...

They have shrunk a lot. Still 100% fit for purpose as walking boot socks but if you want them long, don't buy these. If you don't care about a bit of shrinkage, they're great value

I’m so pleased to have found these socks in a ladies’ size! I’m a size 5 and with a pair of ankle socks underneath them and wearing wellies they are perfect for very cold weather! The leg section of the sock and the top of the sock expand to fit around jeans tucked into socks, without the socks becoming stretched. A really good design for this! Shame that there aren’t other colours than black, but inside wellies I don’t really mind.

High quality, fit is nice and tight but tends to stretch by the end of the day - you have to keep pulling the excess sock from your boot otherwise it begins to overlap

Good value for 3 pairs, quality item.

I regret buying my husband 2 pairs of these relatively expensive socks. They just slip down his legs and lie in thick folds round his ankles...not a good look! What I wanted was long socks that covered the expanse of leg usually left exposed by short socks... but these are not the answer.

These socks are of high quality, very thick & well made. The only problem I have with them is that they constantly slide down & when you are wearing wellies everyday it gets annoying when they end up round the heel in your boots. Even with elasticated 'garters' ( people of a 'certain age' will remember these ! ) it doesn't really stop the problem. So I will certainly not be buying again ... sorry. Maybe the longer one's would be better suited.
